Phoenix Sports 1st Team welcome Tonbridge Angels to Mayplace Road East today, at an earlier kick-off time of 1pm, and hope to get back to winning ways against the Bostik Premier league side.

Tonbridge Angels, who play their home matches at Longmead Stadium, travel to Phoenix for our fifth pre-season game. The last time the two teams met was two seasons ago in the FA Trophy, which ended in a 1-1 draw, with Tonbridge taking the win 3-1 in the replay. We certainly hope that this match will be just as exciting.

Following their two losses on the bounce, Manager Steve O'Boyle will be looking for a much improved performance from the squad on Saturday.

Tonbridge will be looking to continue their good start to their pre-season campaign with two wins and a draw against Ebbsfleet United, Thamesmead Town and Concord Rangers respectively.
