Phoenix Sports Club - Risk Assessment

To comply with the latest Government guidelines and to allow the return of spectators into our ground all Clubs have been asked to display their Risk Assessment online.

Ours can be downloaded below.

We have also added downloads of our 'Match and Training Guidleines' which will be useful for all teams playing or training at our location plus a Signing In Sheet which can be filled in prior to your arrival at the ground.

Please can all spectators make themselves familiar with the Guidelines plus patiently comply with all safety and social distancing measures we have in place on the day.
