Ahead of the season getting underway last week Alan Foreman has unveiled 4 new faces for his Kent Youth League u18s Reds side.
Billy Sullivan - Goalkeeper
A familair face around the Mayplace Ground , Bill has been the First Team Kit Man for the past two years. He arrives from Stansfeld FC though where he had an outstanding 1st season between the sticks in the KYL . Is sure to be an asset to the squad both on and off the pitch.
Billy Edwards - Defender
Billy joins us from the all-conquering Dartford FC side of last year. Real quality with a sweet left foot his reading of the game and first touch are top notch. A solid defender that is very comfortable pushing forward aswell. Is sure to be a great siging for the Club.
Harry Harmer - Midfielder
Harry is another to make the short switch from Stansfeld FC. He brings a physical prescence but is also very good on the ball. Harry will bring calmness to the Phoenix Midfield, is a versatile player and a Managers dream.
Boston Celestine - Forward
Also from Stansfeld Boston is a pacey striker with a big physical prescence. He finished Top Goalscorer last campaign, in his debut season in the KYL Central Division, scoring 17 League goals in 15 games.
In the first game of the season last Sunday the boys got off to a flying start, winning 4-1 at Sheppey United. The Match Report from that game can be read here
